Garlic Parmesan Sauce

• 4 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 6 cloves roasted garlic (mashed)
• ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp grated Asiago cheese
• ½ tsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
• Salt

Garlic Parmesan Wings Preparation

• Prep Time: 15 Minutes
• Cook Time: 25 Minutes
• Total Time: 40 Minutes

Marinate the Wings

1. Wash the chicken wings and dry them with paper towels.
2. Add buttermilk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Mix all ingredients well and add chicken wings to the same bowl.
4. Marinate the chicken wings for at least 30 minutes.

Coat and Fry the Wings
